I had all the wrong papers sent to me, Freehold instead of Leasehold, when I questioned it they sent out a new set of papers but they were just the same.When I asked for a no fault refund, they refunded less than half of my original payment.
Early contact and service was very good but then a failure to return promised calls really let the organisation down. The service is expensive and I got the feeling that once I had paid they lost interest in my application. The solicitor they use is very poor at communicating and slow at producing required documentation.
Scam company. These documents are available for no cost from the .gov.uk site. This is not the official land registry. After paying £37 online they phoned me to ask for £500 to remove a name from the deeds. This is a free service from the government site. Do not use.
This company is very misleading you think you are dealing with uk government land registry this company is an online conveyancing company.I enquired on website about land i own but not registered paid £540 they sent me paperwork saw a proper solicitor who said they had sent wrong paperwork asked for my money back they hsve refused keep clear at all costs
