Great price compared with competitors and good quality turf. We did get a few brown patches during the first couple of weeks, but with enough watering and attention these have now gone. Would use again if I needed a full pallet (shipping significantly drives the price up if only ordering a small amount).
Recently order turf from Online Turf after doing a bit of comparison. We were really pleased we went with them as the customer service was excellent along with the quality of the turf. Their communication was fantastic, updating us on delivery, laying of the turf & when to mow. The grass knitted in with our existing grass great, would highly recommend this company.
Absolutely fantastic. The grass was ordered and delivered simply and easily. It was easy to roll out and has taken brilliantly. Quality turf the grass is so lush and green and is like carpet, just stunning. Thank you for a great product, service and value for money. Highly recommend.
First time i buy from this website .Thorough and simple explanation for someone who does not know about turf and grass.i followed their simplified steps explained in a short video and purchased a rye gold turf suitable for my lawn and treated the soil accordingly.delivery on time .
We bought 60sqm of ryegrass to be delivered. It was delivered at 14.30 in the afternoon. We laid it tye very next morning at 7am. As soon as we received it we removed the shrink rap to allow it breath. Never received turf shrink wrapped before all the way round ots always been netting. As soon as we picked up the first roll it was steaming hot. Pallet had been put in the shade and left overnight. Which it states on there website it must be laid within 24 hours of arrival. Which it was!!!! We laid it and tried our best to revive it to no avail. We had to replace 27 rolls of turf!!! Further more we had rung the office directly and we were hit with a barage of blame barage of rudeness from the women on the phone who absolutely had the worst customer service going. Claiming we should have followed the advice given on the website. We did it to the letter. Requested proof of cutting date to prove that we hadn't been given old cut turf. There was absolutely no help or advice given just your problem you deal with it!!! Absolutely appalling service.
What a fantastic firm ! Well run and deliver on time. I ordered a quantity of economy turf to grass my back garden. It arrived on time and was very well packed and it was in perfect condition for laying directly. The transport was fantastic as the driver went beyond just dropping the pallet on the kerb but dropped it off directly where I wanted it ! Thus making it easier for me and saving me time.
