Review Time
I had been looking for turf through local stores and found that most builders merchants had delivery time of 2 weeks, or had turf rolls sat outside their store on a pallet for what appeared to be days. Read previous reviews and decided to go with online turf. Turf was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Well packaged and looked a much better quality than I had seen physically locally. Delivery driver was helpful in dropping the pallet exactly where it was needed and close to the area to be turfed. Delivery was mid-morning so plenty of daylight and time to lay the 50m2 of turf I had ordered. Excellent instructions about unpacking and laying and online videos were also helpful (as well as others on YouTube). Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this company and use again.
Firstly the turf arrived on a pallet that literally fell apart on my driveway with large rusty nails on show and the packaging was ripped with turf bulging out the side. Secondly, 2 out of 20 rolls were of very poor quality. The rest of the turf was fine hence the 3 stars. I had contacted customer service who have been pretty nonchalant and just blamed the delivery company for the pallet and damaged turf.
On my search, I found above very reasonably priced , which tempted my immediate attention to call & confirm, My pallet of turf was delivered to me within two days , just a day before Good Friday, excellent service all around, I highly recommend online turf to any potential customers.Milton Keynes was my residence town , it was long way for a prompt delivery Thank you all around , including your driver was cooperative, final cherry to the cake Well done 🤝🎈👍
Very disappointed with Online Turf. Ordered delivery for 2 April only to receive an email at 1.48pm that day advising that the delivery was delayed and would arrive this morning, 3 April. Given today is Good Friday I immediately called Online Turf to confirm delivery would be this morning and was assured it would be. They explained that although they are closed on Good Friday, the hauliers would still be delivering. Fast forward to 3.30pm today and there has been no delivery. Feeling upset at the time I’ve wasted waiting for the delivery (this is not to my address) and the fact that it seems I’m now going to have to change my weekend plans IF the delivery arrives tomorrow morning (which I am very much hoping it does). This is a garden project that needs to be completed over the Easter weekend.
