The delivery was incredibly fast — much quicker than I expected - and the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. It's rare these days to find a company that communicates well and actually follows through, but On Yer Bike absolutely did.My experience stood in huge contrast to a recent order 1 placed with Bike Inn, where things simply didn't work out and the delivery never came through as expected.After that frustration, the reliability and efficiency of On Yer Bike felt like a breath of fresh air.If you want a company that delivers quickly, treats customers properly, and does exactly what it promises, On Yer Bike is the way to go. Highly recommended!
Ordered a cycling coat from their online store, i recieved a different model to the one i ordered. After going back and forth over email i was told a replacement had been sent out, which it hadn't. I was then told to pay to return the coat i had recieved, i didn't want to pay for delivery however as it was not my mistake. When i suggested they could arrange a pre-paid label or similar they stopped replying to my emails. So i now have the wrong item with no communication from the shop to send me the correct one, needless to say i will not be ordering from OnYerBike again.
Ordered a new bike from their website recently and received an email saying it would be dispatched in 1 day. A week later and the tracking info from their courier said they had yet to receive it. Emailed to ask what was happening and got no reply at all. When the bike did arrive a few days later (dumped outside the house upside down, despite clear labelling on the box), it had a chip out the frame and scuff on the crank. Not major issues, granted, but you would expect a brand new bike to be perfect. Emailed OnYerBike again to try and sort it out but it's now 5 days later and I've once again got no reply.
