I have bought two bikes from On Yer Bike within the last year, and on both occasions I have received excellent service. All staff members that I've dealt with have gone out of their way to ensure everything was just right for me. I have also recently been for a service and to have a few upgrades and again it was all very straight forward. Will absolutely be returning and recommending! Thank you
Placed an order for a stash tool as a birthday gift which said it was in-stock and available for dispatch the following day. Received no dispatch update by the end of the week, giving the benefit of the doubt of being busy, sent an email and no response. Checked the website and saw the item was out of stock. Checked a few days later and saw it was back in stock, sent another email with no response. Called the store and was told they couldn't help me. After a 3rd email I got a short response saying the item was missing and they would give a refund. I responded immediately to say they are showing in stock so please just ship the goods, yet again no response. Yet again sent more emails, after the 3rd got a response saying the item was missing and they are unable to obtain them anymore so a refund should have been done. Meanwhile the item is still listed as in stock and available for dispatch on the website!
Ordered a tubless valve on 27th Dec. Said it would be despatched in 5th January. I queried on the 10th, emailed but no reply so phoned. Was told it would be delivered in a day or so. It didn’t arrive. I sourced the valve elsewhere and emailed to cancel the order. Received no reply. Then got an email at the start of Feb saying it had been dispatched. I emailed again to remind them I had cancelled the order. Still no reply.!
