I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely left me feeling disappointed.

I ordered a onesie as a birthday gift for my wife. She was really excited to try it, but unfortunately the small size I ordered didn’t fit quite right, and we needed to exchange it for a medium. No problem, I thought—these things happen.

That’s when things started to go wrong.

When I reached out to arrange an exchange, I was asked for my order number. I’ll admit, I had mistakenly deleted the original email, so I instead provided everything else I could—my name, address, phone number, and details of the item. More than enough, I would have thought, to locate the order.

I had already read on the website that returns needed to be made within 14 days, so time was ticking. Days went by with no reply. I followed up once… still nothing. I sent a third email… again, silence.

Three emails, no response, and the return window slowly closing.

It wasn’t the sizing issue that frustrated me—that’s understandable. It was the complete lack of communication. Being ignored when you’re simply trying to resolve a straightforward issue is incredibly disheartening, especially when it involves a gift that was meant to be special.

It’s a real shame, because the products themselves look great and I would have happily ordered again. But based on this experience, I won’t be.

Gorgeous jumpsuit!

I recently bought the Gia Kimono jumpsuit in blue and it is fabulous! The material is lovely and great quality and the pattern is very vibrant. I received loads of compliments when I wore it. The customer service I received at OOTO was great too. They were really helpful with recommending the right size and I'm so glad I went for the S/M in the end as it is very roomy. I love how OOTO make their items out of 'dead stock' fabric. It makes them feel really unique whilst also being sustainable. Will definitely be buying from them again! Thanks 😊

The worst

After placing my order, I was giving a tracking number with no corresponding item. When asked about it, the company has ignored my attempts to make contact. It has been several weeks, with no items being delivered, no response, and no refund.

Terrible

Terrible. Twice I have ordered and twice they have not responded to emails, don’t have the items in stock and have delayed returning money paid. I currently have had to contact PayPal and raise a case. Meanwhile the company send out emails asking for business. Never again. Avoid!

Business Details

  • We make our garments out of ‘deadstock’ waste sold at surplus fabric markets and spend many hours hunting out the best and brightest material that the larger industry giants have discarded. We love seeking
out the gems which sometimes have only been rejected for being slightly the wrong shade or a misprint. Using waste material means we are saving on water and resources but in turn makes our collections small yet special and limited.See more
