Our company ordered custom branded flatware for our employees. The quality was excellent, affordable, and delivered to us promptly. When I had questions/concerns about our order details due to the volume we were ordering, Opentip's customer service team was prompt, professional, and followed up about our satisfaction. We will definitely be ordering again.
Very poor quality. Top did not anchor securely to the bottom. I was afraid it might fall over and hurt someone. When I attempted to take the board off the back to put support brackets on it, it tore. I ended up throwing all of it in the trash. This was very disappointing because I spent almost $90 on it.
