We signed up for internet access and paid monthly for four months without it functioning at all! We had to terminate the agreement, and now they claim we ended it too early, leading to a €150 penalty! This entire situation has cost us €200 and an overwhelming amount of frustration! We've never dealt with anything this poor before!
I have a pay-as-you-go plan. I topped up last week with a service that also has a subscription feature hidden on their website. I was charged €49 for a subscription I didn’t want or authorize. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. They really need to do more checking on their agents, as I doubt they want to be associated with this service.

This company is a scam! They steal money professionally! My contract was €15 per month, but I was charged twice! They took my money, and when I needed to call a doctor, I had no funds because they didn't connect it to my account! Stay away from this company!
The customer service is awful! I've been with this service for 8 years, and my bill is always higher than what was quoted. They keep changing the date they withdraw money from my account, resulting in penalties for me. When I asked for an explanation, they blamed me. I've paid over €1200 in fees due to their errors. The signal is poor, and I often can't make video calls. I switched to a different provider that offers much better service for a lower price. This company is the worst!
Despite the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received at the local store. The staff was polite and professional, quickly opening my account and providing me with a new SIM card. Everything has been working well so far. I wanted to express my gratitude for their assistance!
