The system is poorly designed and lacks clarity for users. There is minimal instruction and information available prior to purchasing a product. It's unclear that a pack of e-signatures is limited to the same user. There are no directions for setting up a document for signature, which must be done through a separate web portal that you have to search for, as it is not linked from the main customer area. While they’ve invested in branding, the product quality is quite disappointing.

It's not clear that a pack of e-signatures can only be used by one individual. Moreover, there are no instructions on how to set up and create a document for signature, as it must be done through a separate web portal that you have to search for, which is not linked from the main customer area. While they have invested in branding, the product quality is quite lacking.
The invoice has been paid and delivered, yet we have not received access to the system. Despite numerous emails and weeks of attempts to get support, the issue remains unresolved. Consequently, I've decided to close my account and register with another provider.
I keep receiving notifications about my certificates expiring, but I have no idea what they are since I can't access the platform due to constant errors. The service is not fit for purpose. I managed to log in today, but I'm still unclear about what I had signed up for. My account has since been deleted.
The service remains unresolved and customer support is virtually non-existent. While the company is trying to implement automation, the application and features are underdeveloped and disappointing. I received a message in Dutch that seems to be an invoice for a service I couldn't access. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I continue to receive messages in Dutch.
I am unable to access my account after changing my device. The support number leads in circles, and I can't speak to anyone. Additionally, the password reset instructions are ineffective. The website redirects back to the app, which hinders progress—another frustrating loop.
This company seems to take your payment without delivering the promised service. When I requested a refund after choosing another provider, they made it difficult and added costs to retain my money. I've experienced this firsthand. I urge anyone affected to share their experiences.
