First time ordering from Orange County, a friend recommended them. Order £20 product, plus extra for shipping, on 6th July. They send email saying product was dispatched on the 7th. Never received any more message about the product and never received the product. I wasn't sure how long delivery takes and was never given a delivery day so I gave benefit of the doubt, just thought it was taking a while. I finally emailed them on 24th July asking what was going on. Orange replied back that apparently my product was delivered on the 8th July and 'outside of the permitted 14 days to raise as a depot will not look at anything over this period and is also outside of the claims terms'. It would of been nice to receive a message saying the product was delivered, then i would of known something was wrong and asked for help immediately. So, no product and no money for me. Pretty upsetting. Don't give benefit of the doubt i guess? Make sure to follow up sooner then i did.
Orange county CBD has saved my life in many ways. I was taking pills for anxiety. And not functioning properly. Since I started vaping the Cali juice and other range. Wow so many symptoms have subsided and some eased a lot. The Cali range especially 2500mg, girl scout cookies, and the cherry og kush have relived my mind from racing, calms me in less than 2mins. Helps me sleep and don't feel restless like I did. I use the slightly lower dose vape juice during day time. Mango is amazing. The gummies , always handy in my bag . I feel more organized and my life is improving. I will be ordering again very soon.
