SCAM! I ordered jewelry for my partner on the 10th of January and still haven’t received my items. I’ve emailed multiple times and had one response asking for details they already had. My item was sent back to country of origin when it arrived in the uk when I had to chase up from the delivery company. It was requested to be returned, not by me may I add. I’m still waiting for either a delivery of the items or a refund. Awful customer service 👎🏻 I have read a review of the same thing happening to someone else which was what made me quite hesitant to buy the products. It was plastered all over my social media which was what made me look into the products. Trust your gut and don’t use this company

I was very impressed with this company's customer service. My husband gave me a gift card for Christmas and I couldn't get the code to work, so contacted Orelia on their online enquiry form. The first morning they reopened after Christmas they had sorted it out for me and I was able to place my order. I find their jewellery pretty and contemporary and it's a reasonable price, particularly in the sale!
