Bought the academy cargo pants on the 18th of Feb and thought they would take some time, as I live in the UK and they are coming from Canada. They arrived before expected and I got my item on the 24 of Feb which I was really pleased about. The sizing is perfect and they are made of high quality material.
Great items if you get lucky and get them. 6 months and still waiting on my item. They won't tell you if your item is delayed unless you reach out. They won't give store credit for extreme delay you just have to eat the cost.
If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would. I ordered a jacket during a sale in early September and still hadn’t received it by mid-December. I sent numerous emails asking for updates, as it was promised to arrive in 15-25 days. When I finally received a response, it stated my item would ship in another 15-25 days! Frustrated, I contacted my bank, which upheld my complaint. The seller then claimed my item was a preorder, which is untrue; it was a sale item with no mention of this in my order confirmation or their response. The customer service was abysmal. This was my first and last experience with them.
I absolutely love these pants! The quality is fantastic and they are incredibly comfortable. They arrived in just 10 days, which is impressive, especially during the holiday season (I live in Germany). I believe these pants are definitely worth the price!
The customer support was terrible. They refused to exchange the pants I bought for my daughter because they arrived on December 16 and I requested an exchange on December 28, which exceeded their 5-day policy. However, they were a Christmas gift. The pants were far too large, and all I wanted was a smaller size. Avoid buying clothing from this company unless you’re okay with potentially losing a significant amount of money.
I ordered four items at the beginning of November and have yet to receive my order. These were Christmas gifts for my granddaughters, and they were heartbroken when they didn't get what they wished for. I've been seeking updates, but the responses I receive are inconsistent. Do not purchase from this unreliable company.
This review is one star due to the lack of response to our return request, despite your previous assurances. We followed the refund instructions but received no communication. My child spent a significant portion of their first summer job earnings on your clothes after careful consideration. They liked the items, but they didn’t fit and wanted to exchange them. Now they are contemplating selling them elsewhere due to your unresponsiveness. Please respond to my email and issue the refund immediately. If a return shipping label is sent, we will return the items.
I placed an order in August for an October birthday, and by November, I still hadn't received it. I contacted my credit card company to explain the situation, and they issued a credit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY… They don’t respond to emails, and when they do, it’s just going in circles.
