Really enjoying using the MyPetWalker app. The support team are really helpful and quick to reply to any questions I have. It really helps keep me organised throughout my day for my Daycare and my clients seem to enjoy using it too. Lot of good feedback from my clients with ease of use, features they get to use and see. I see that they are proactive at posting any new updates to the app. Would really recommend this to anyone who requires something to keep their pet services organised in one place and with excellent support if need be. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had from a business since starting my company up. Really simple to use system, a free zoom call to maximise my use and on the go whatsapp support before I had paid them a penny. It’s already freeing up my time to focus on building my brand and pipeline work. And positive feedback from my clients on the ease of use. Great system and company!
This Pet Service App has honestly improved my business immensely! We've stepped into the 21st century and our customers couldn't be happier that they can book and pay themselves rather than not knowing where they are with payments. It's so easy to use and even our older less tech savvy customers said they found it easy to figure out! The support team are on hand daily to help with anything that you need help with! The Mypetwalker Booking App has made a significant improvement in how we run our dog walking business. Love this app! I switched over from another software that I used as my customers really wanted an app, this ticks all the boxes! When ever I’ve never a bit of support, the team have been super quick to respond. All my clients have gave nothing but positive feedback since the switch over to! I love the not having to chase for payments either, this has massively reduced my admin! Thankyou!
This app has made an ENORMOUS difference to my business it’s fabulous . It does what I need and more . My clients love it . Their customer service is great - I don’t have to contact them very often as the app just works ✔️✔️✔️ I’m so glad these clever people invented it .
2nd to none service. Got stuck trying to sign in and certainly wasn't expecting a response at gone 11 last night. But I did get a response. Patient, professional, and even had a laugh about it being so late. This was all on whatsapp. At the end I asked if I could take their name for a review (I didn't know if I was conversing with a male or female). It was Ben.....the owner!!! He even messaged me this morning to check Id managed to get my bookings sorted. Don't get service like that much these days. It's an A* from me. Thank you Ben. And if your team (as you called them, not staff) are half as good as you then you're on a win win win
