Their services don't work, they freeze constantly.
I've contacted them countless times trying to find solutions, but they've never found any.
I've requested a refund via ticket and chat, but they find every way to avoid it (closing the ticket without a response, acting like idiots via chat, pretending not to understand). Whatever you do, don't subscribe to these thieves!
Fab service , very responsive when there is an issue - unsure why others have a problem when I’ve been using the service for well over a year with absolutely NO problems at ALL. In fact I’ve found them to be more helpful than many many others I tried which is why I’m staying with them.If you don’t like them, there are others to choose rather than leaving a bad review most likely many left because they don’t understand IPTV
Ottocean is not a trustworthy company. They advertise one thing, and deliver nothing, nothing at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything concerning iptv services. There really is no company, just an ad. If anyone is looking into iptv services, I highly recommend that you steer clear of this one. There is no service, no support, and definitely no refund of the money you might spend ordering a subscription from them. Just steer clear of this company and anything containing the name "ottocean."
OTTOcean was good for a while, but I had numerous days of failure. The last straw was 5 days of failure and not one tech that could help. I spent over 8 hours online with them while they regurgitated the same url's, vpn, and restart advice. Nabeel Aayan was polite, but no help, Michele Lee also didn't know how to help. They refuse to believe that their own system failed even though every test done showed my system was functioning. Uncooperative, unhelpful, and zero results. Find another provider that is more helpful and reliable.
Couldn't even get the trial to work.Went through registering etc and couldn't get the trial to work and then get an email telling me my trial period had ended!Thought I'd bite the bullet and buy the minimal period to see if that would work. Three attempts using different cards and couldn't get to work using some strange payment scheme buying gift cards.Even when I reached out to their help chat, all I got was a reply sending me to the same link to pay with again no result!

This company truly sucks! When I 1st started with them it was ok. I pay monthly and 1 month they ripped me off for 5 days of service by shutting me off to early and when I complained about it the text message back was renew. Now, it's been a week with no epg. Text message keeps saying they are working on it. Go with some other company than this one.
