The bespoke mirror looks very good and I am pleased with the quality of it. Manufacturing took longer due to parts being delayed so the whole process took three months. Delivery was later than anticipated but once I asked for information, the Joby and Alelei in customer services were very helpful and kept me updated about delivery dates and followed up after delivery to check that I was happy with the mirror. Thank you, it looks lovely.

The service provided by Bathroom cabinet world was excellent. The product was great and the customer service was again excellent. The installer managed to dislodge once of the door stops which we couldn’t find. I contacted Alelei at customer services who so professional and caring. Long story short it was sorted with no hassle. I had a question which I sent by email, this was picked up by Alelie who responded almost immediately with a update on my order, this continued right upto me receiving my order and followed up by a courtesy email to make sure all was OK. Delivery was as described on date and on time.
I ordered a bathroom cabinet . Unfortunately, the unit front door was damaged . When I contacted them , Joby was very helpful at sorting out the replacement options and guiding me through ordering this . Even though there were further problems with the replacement door and delivery, Joby kept liaising with me through emails and phone calls to resolve all of these. Excellent customer care from Joby .
