What can I say?! Oud Attar really know what they're doing. Their fragrances are amazing and are real head turners. I am always happy to let people know about Oud Attar when anyone stops to ask about the fragrances I wear. It's lovely to be able to engage in a conversation with someone because they just have to know what I'm wearing. I have made friends with people thanks to these lovely fragrances.

I switched to Oud Attar about 3-4 years ago and will never leave. The amount of compliments I get from the oils is unreal. I’ve also recently bought the new oils - lavish, vivid, embers, delight etc and the word I would use for all of them is “delicious.” 1st class product!!
I had a mix up with my order and Erik who dealt with me throughout via email was amazing, his customer service is incredible and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again due to this experience. They should take about a day to respond but once they do I can’t fault them. The delivery was really fast too

Poor customer serviceI purchased item in beginning of June, now also end of July no delivery. Which they have taken money for.I have chased 4 seperate on email for an order update, and customer service team cannot even be bothered to reply.I will now be contacting card supply for a full refund and lodging this with the bank as a failure of purchased goods delivery
