Update on 17/10/2025I have contacted the seller late at night and asked to cancel or to adjust and put all the orders in one order and refund for the postage charges or send me the 2mls Rose oil oud which is cheaper as a refund extra as I have paid three times when I was entitled to a free shipping as I have spent £125 all together!They were closed at that time and said that they will address it first thing in the morning and instead of cancelling it and refunding or adjusting my order as requested they took a liberty and just shipped it regardless! I have been reasonable with them and contacted them on time and within my consumer rights but Erik in customer services instead of being helpful and accommodating started questioning my orders asking why I didn't place them all at once when it's my right to cancel and get a full refund according to my consumer rights! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer services and I would advise people not to purchase now from this company because the customer services are clearly very poor and unacceptable and I will be contacting my bank and challenging it with the Trading Standards and will never shop there again! Disgusting! Won't recommend! Update dated 16/10/2025:Erik has posted a replacement order and I have received it now and very happy with the quality of the item , the natural smell is divine, strong but very natural and beautiful so I will be giving 5 stars and I am very happy now with the service and the items and I have ordered more ! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend but Royal Mail needs to provide proper tracking as then the company suffers for it when the items go missing. Initial experience when the items went missing:Absolutely terrible ! Scammers, never delivered my items and were claiming they have! Erik was useless and very dismissive, clearly shouldn't be working in the customer service!I would avoid them at all costs and will be reporting the to Trading Standards! Disgusting I would give zero stars if I could!

Forget about high street generic fragrances! These oils are out of this world! Thought I would find similar in Turkey on holiday. However, they don’t smell anywhere near as amazing or long lasting as Oud Attar oils. Much more expensive in Turkey too (5 times the price!)
Well I was absolutely in love with a few scents and even made a new purchase to try an additional scent. I bought some mini ones as a gift for a niece of mine as well cus she liked the vanilla. Unfortunately my order was supposedly "delivered", to which I have no knowledge of. The online signature is a fake little circle, not my signature! When I raised this with customer care they have suggested that I have done this before and that I need to raise it with Royal Mail. First of all, how rude and pathetic can you be to say that to a repeat customer? Don't be a moron! Secondly, get your information right, the sender has to ask royal mail to investigate it, so they won't do anything from my side of the query as a recipient. Get off your lazy back sides and investigate it properly "Erik" from customer care.... or who ever you are....I didn't spend almost £200 to be so disgustingly accused. Shame on you Oud Attar, if you can't deliver parcels properly after taking my payment in full, then perhaps you should be using a more trustworthy postal service.You have to be a very special kind of unethical rude moronic advisor to suggest such a absurd cheap thing. You might sell nice products but if your service is so crap then you will lose customers!!!I'd rather fly out to Dubai and buy more Oud than be accused of such crap!You can't keep my payment and my products, so make up your mind and behave like an actual professional company. ***************************Update, I've had a better response from the manager who did resolve my missing items, but it was a frustrating process. Stars for his treatment would still be on the lower side of 1or 2 as I found it quite insulting to be mistreated, but the scents and quality itself are lush so I will balance the stars accordingly....
I contacted this company after seeing two other reviews here raising concerns about the chemical, carboxaldehyde. They were initially very responsive regarding an unrelated matter, but became unresponsive as soon as I specifically asked about this ingredient.Since then, they’ve gone completely silent and quietly removed carboxaldehyde from the ingredients list on their website, without any explanation or clarification. You can check the Web Archive to view previous changes to the website.Very disappointed and appalled by the lack of transparency, ethics, and integrity here.What’s even more concerning is that this chemical appears to have been banned in the UK and EU as of 2022. If that’s the case, this raises serious questions about compliance with current safety regulations.This kind of behavior is not only dishonest and unethical, it may also be illegal. It’s also particularly dangerous for those with allergies, sensitivities, or hormonal imbalances. The company’s complete disregard for consumer safety and transparency is both unacceptable and disturbing.I have since discarded the items and requested a full refund due to the lack of product safety. Avoid this brand.
I got introduced to these oils by my sister and Brother in law and instantly loved them.The oils are lovely on the skin and layering different fragrances creates a unique scent. Ordered my first set within days of using theirs, ☺️. Easy and simple to order and didn't have to wait long before they arrived. Definitely be ordering more in the future 😃
As well as full size, I’ve had multiple of the taster sets and despite their tiny size they last ages! Love them as they are great for taking on planes without taking up space and allowance. The scents last ages and smell amazing. I ALWAYS get comments on the ones that I wear most. My favourite is ‘Sweet Oud’, but if they ever make it a full a size permanent fixture, ‘Phantom Oud’ is amazing!
Very trustworthy company to deal with, site is easy to negotiate and delivery by Royal Mail. The discovery sets are all amazing, I have got them all and find it hard to have a favourite as all so unique. I always get compliments when I wear their scents and enjoy sharing their details. I have some of the larger oils and they last for ages as you only need to apply a small amount and it lasts all day.
