I deleted my account the same day I opened it. but despite unsubscribing 8 times they continue to send me emails I've blocked them and their emails are still getting through every day it's borderline harrement. Says it's free so you fill in all your details and then hit you with a subscription. DONT FILL IN ANY FORMS

It's a site for scammers lots of dodgy…

It's a site for scammers lots of dodgy profiles clearly false and rin very oddly.You join on a cheap deal and aftera month the costs shoot up. I joined at £5 a month but after a month it went upto £44 more then there standard charge. I never noticed until the second charge and then had difficulty in cancelling they put every obstacles up and eventually I got my bank to block them.My advice is don't join look for a local club near you in a pub or community centre where money is not the driving force

Ourtime has poor ethics

Ourtime has poor ethics - even if you are a paid subscriber, the profile reviewers will deliberately find a vague excuse to block your 6-month prepaid account for unexplained reasons. If you block my account & you don't tell me why it's blocked, you need to refund the unused prorated portion of my 6-month subscription. Very nefarious business tactics.

Stay away from this site as far as you…

Stay away from this site as far as you can. The customer service is a joke, never responding to your complaint. They just send another prefabricated text, asking the same question over and over again. Telling they escalate the case to a higher level. I read this at least 4 times. Nothing done. For days, they couldn't find my account at all after I was locket out of my account, even I've sent them 3 times their own subscription confirmation email. Then they came up, they can't find the login information for my new account. I told them I had only 1 account, I used and paid for.Someone hacked my account, removed all my information, and put 2 pictures of him up. I'm female. After I could log in again, after more then a week I uploaded my 4 pictures again. After they approved 2 pictures, they blocked the account again. When I complaint they sent my a link to their Privacy Policy. Of course my response is still unanswered after 2 days. It's absolute scary when someone hacks your account, and the company doesn't care about. BTW I had 8 contacts within 4 weeks and all where fake. I have a checklist now how to find out step by step if they are fake. One sends me a picture of a faked driver's license to prove his ID. Another told me his company name and send me a website link, where he is partner. Calling the owner of the company, he never heard his name and has no partner in his company. His company name didn't exist in the State Records. They never send you a selfie when you are on the phone or texting with them. Because it doesn't match the stolen picture from the internet.As OurTime don't respond I don't know what's happen with my account and which criminal is using it. For several days I receive from OurTime.com .... @gmail.com different names on the accounts a payment confirmation for $576.00. I have forwarded it to OurTime with no response.My last email sent to customer-care was on Thu 8/22/2024 11:36 AM about my blocked account. No answer and today is 08.27.2024

OurTime, Same As Match

Well it looks like this site is part of Match. I signed up for the free version and within 1.5 hours I had 10 likes and 3 messages. Of course I would need to upgrade to see the members. Like Match, I am sure I would only receive 1 or 2 likes a week once I paid for the membership. Pretty sure the free version is supposed to give you the opportunity to message a couple of members a week or something like that, but have not found that option yet. The format and questions on OurTime is exactly the same as match.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

What horrible customer service. They are not based in the US so there is definitely a language barrier. I joined this dating service at the end of July. On August 2nd they wanted to verify my phone number. It's now August 21st and I am still not able to log into the app because there is a problem with my phone number. YOU CAN'T TALK TO A HUMAN. It's pathetic. Such a simply thing to resolve and they are useless. I sent them numerous emails asking to fix this and they sent a questionnaire with 7 questions to see if I am who I say I am. I answered this questionnaire three times already! They are useless, pathetic, incompetent staff. Don't sign up. It's not worth the aggravation!!

Good at taking.money

My friend paid for a month's membership. He only got two women.to get in touch with. He notified the company of his intention to cancel his membership.Almosr year later they are still taking his.money every monthHe found it very difficult to cancel and to be quite honest he.might still be paying. It's s dreadful company. They are quick to take your money and thay make it very hard or impossible to cancelI would say think twice before you join, unless you want to give money away.I think people who are lonely or vulnerable might be taken.advantage of and this is very unfair.
