Don't waste your time or money. I spent six months on a subscription without finding anyone serious for dating. I felt ignored by rude and disrespectful individuals. Their profiles claim to promote respect, but they seem to lack understanding of what that means. My advice is to stay away.
Initially, the site appears professional, giving the impression of many choices. However, this is misleading. Unlike other platforms where you can be selective as a paying member, this one turns out to be a ghost town. What seemed like a good option is simply an illusion created by automated systems and profit-driven owners. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or their reputation.
I agree with other reviewers—it's an absolute nightmare! The site is filled with scammers and odd individuals, many of whom may not even be real. The profiles of many male users are hard to believe. If they are genuine, I feel sorry for them. This has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered. Additionally, canceling your subscription is cumbersome, as you need to use a desktop computer. They also push you to join another platform that features the same users, leading to double charges for the same service. My experience with these two platforms has been horrific.
After numerous women making me favourites....I decided to spend minimum amount(2 weeks) just to see who loved me.........Guess what? nobody nearer than 50 miles of interest to me...........not had a like since........had about 1-200 profiles browse my profile, but that it.......no letters, no favourites, I am browsed about 20-30 times per day...still nothing = suspicious?......as mentioned previously, always pay by Paypal as YOU can cancel further payments yourself........At the same time I joined, I also joined there sister company MATCH.COM same thing happened Lots and lots of favourites, plenty of interest( I never joined as you get same profiles on Ourtime) One woman contacted me, very opened minded...and asked to go wots app....as soon as she opened whatsapp..she said, just making sure we connected...I mentioned that we had - Never heard from her again!!!!! Shes an Email Harvester.....collects emails to sell onto spam companies......be very weary of this site.....treat like the plague
This company closed my account I wrote for them to them for a few days or at least a week and my subscription was close to running out. They told me it was closed in error, but wouldn’t give me my days back and by time I was able to get back in it was over and I think that’s really bad business practice but they don’t really seem to care
This is without a doubt one of the dodgiest companies of all time.I did sign up for the six month plan. I am not sure any of the people you see on there actually exist.I need to change my payment card. I cant even do that.I have asked for a full refund and cancellation of the remainder of my subscription or that they allow me to change my payment card.They have totally ignored my request.I will now have to waste time contacting my bank to sort this mess out.This company will absolutely not listen to anything you say to them.I have had to change my payment method and they will not accept this. I have offered to pay the remainder in full and they will not listenI have told them that my current payment method will not work anymore and they will not listen.I simply cant get through to them.When they try and take my next payment they wont be able to. I must have told them this 10 times in the last day and still they wont respond or acknowledge itWhat is wrong with this company?Whatever you do, do not give them your bank details.
