Adam was great

Adam was great! He was able to uninstall Microsoft 365 for me (I was not able to get it to work for me) and he reinstalled it following a 'bad image' error 0xc000012f.

Excellent product and top-notch Customer Service

After Microsoft did updates on my computer yesterday, it knocked out my ability to use any keyboards on my PC. I tried for over 6 hours to resolve the issue. I called your tech support and spoke with David. After remoting into my system, within less than 10 minutes he had my issue resolved. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. I give him 10 out of 5 stars. Your customer service is A+ and the Outbyte Driver Updater is an excellent product. I will recommend you to all my family and friends. Thanks for all your help.

The Outbyte Assist Team are the GOATS!

The Outbyte Assist Team was SO HELPFUL with my issues. Windows essentially rendered my PC useless with their stupid updates that prevented me from using both my keyboard and my audio devices.
