DO NOT USE THEIR SOFTWARE

DO NOT USE THEIR SOFTWARE - this company is scamming the hell out of you and they are using simple problems that you can easily fix yourself within 2-3 minutes and tell you you are not able to solve it yourself. this is one of the most fishy companys ive ever seen. wouldnt be wondered if they put malware into their software aswell.

Malware showed up after install

I had a sound card issue on laptop so thought this would help. It did not resolve that issue and after doing all the recommended driver updates, the brightness adjustment on the laptop no longer works.In addition, I started to get a lot of spam emails that were not filtered out by gmail and had credit card fraud charges that were online based. Same card I used for this software. No other "new" charges other than the ones I have done for a very long time and had no issues.
