Simon was very helpful. He understood my concerns. He was polite even when I was anxious. He followed all the steps I later found on Internet advisory boards, except he was several times quicker than I would have been. He saved me about three days of work restoring the 274 apps on my PC Windows 11.

No Uninstall Function

No Uninstall FunctionYou can't get this thing off your computer once you try it. It did NOT meet the expectation for what it promised and it will not uninstall no matter what you do. I have my IT guys get it off.

Donot Pay for the "driver updater"

Paid for the "driver updater". First scan was good showing a list of updates required, however since then I have had no useful help with updates just continual pop ups for further system scans. If I run these, I only get requests to download ( and PAY ) for more add ons to fix the issuesJust a SCAM

The Best Out There

Not long ago, I was on here reading some of the reviews folks were posting for Outbyte Computing Software. One of the reviews was not very good and I was taken back as to why. This person never explained why he didn't like it, just that he didn't. Any software out there is as good as you treat it. I have been a member of Outbyte Computing for sometime, I think more then 5 years. The people that work for Outbyte are very helpful, and very nice. They keep my pc up to date and working on it's best performance. I don't trust anyone else's software but theirs. They have several types of software to protect your pc but, I only use two, Outbyte PC Repair and Outbyte diver updater. These programs work just great, and if for some reason, they don't they have really nice people to assit you with it. I love Outbyte, and I think you will as well. Oh, just to mention, Thankyou Simon for your assistance.
