Kate was fantasticHaving seen her start her journey in working in the industry, her knowledge of all the options for our October holiday was incredible.Once a decision was made, no job was too big or small for her, it took all the pressure off me to sort out arrangements, flights, hotels, experiences, checking in, everything was covered. The fact that she would respond to any query within a matter of minutes was brilliant and reassuring.It enabled us to enjoy our holiday without the usual build up of stress of organisation including coming back as well. Will certainly be using her services again for our next trip away

Our trip to Japan was everything we wanted it to be. Our brief was that we wanted to travel independently but with a bit of help. Amanda sorted flights and an itinerary with ‘Inside Japan’ who were fabulous. Their guides in Tokyo and Kyoto were knowledgeable and took us away from the usual tourist hotspots to get a good idea of the culture. We had the reassurance of Ben and Karen keeping an eye on us. Ben helped with a query about the timing of the guide in Kyoto and Karen pointed out that we weren’t checked into our connecting flight home so that I could get that sorted. All in all an amazing trip with lots of highlights and we will definitely be back to Japan and we will use Out of this World again too.
We had an amazing experience booking our honeymoon through OUT of this WORLD Travel. Ben was fantastic from the very beginning — he talked us through all of our options, created different budget choices, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Once we decided, he booked everything for us and kept us regularly updated about any flight changes, staying in constant contact throughout.Karen was our concierge and she was equally brilliant. She took care of all our online check-ins and was always available to answer any questions we had.The honeymoon they booked for us was absolutely amazing, and we made so many incredible memories. Ben also followed up during and after our honeymoon to make sure everything was going well, which really showed how much they care about their clients. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Ben Casey had recently recommended a holiday in St Vincent and the Grenadines, which we went with and it was absolutely wonderful! Brilliantly organised by Ben and Karen. As it was a birthday occasion, the gift of bubbly, cake and balloons from Ben was greatly received. We look forward to the next holiday organised by you. :)

Ben and his team were great. Helped to book my trip to San Fransisco choosing a nice hotel. Took care of check in. Ben even checked in on me even though he was on holiday himself which goes to show how much they care in making sure you have a great trip. Definitely recommend to everyone
Ben helped plan an amazing holiday across Malaysia and Indonesia for me and my family. He listened to what I hoped for and absolutely delivered, tailoring some details as we worked things through. We visited Borneo, Bali and Lombok, with various interesting experiences planned in and fantastic hotels to stay in. Ben and Karen were always available before and during the holiday, advising on every detail, doing our flight check ins, and supporting when needed. They also provided a brilliant app which gave us all details and also allowed me to post photos and comments each day, creating a storybook of our holiday.
