Kate recently booked a last minute holiday to South Africa (Safari, Cape Town & Johannesburg) for a Birthday celebration. From the day we spoke Kate was so helpful, made my holiday booking enjoyable and had excellent communication throughout. The hotels, The Safari Lodge and all locations were all excellent and its just made our holiday a once in a life time experience. Kate is incredible! Booking holidays with her is a game changer. She totally gets our family’s requirements and delivers a brilliant service every time. Our latest holiday to Dubai got cancelled due to conflict and she was ahead of the curve with getting us rebooked with the exact holiday we want in new location. We won’t book a holiday without her now.
Ben and the team at Out of this Workd travel came recommended when I was trying to organise a trip to Dubai. Ben was extremely helpful in offering advice and ensuring the holiday came in within budget.Unfortunately we were caught in the no UAE flight travel. Ben made contact with me anticipating the potential disruption before it even became an issue! Within a few days the holiday was cancelled, full refund arranged and new destination, hotels, transfers and flights booked....very last minute. Everything went to plan, a fabulous holiday was had with the reassurance of knowing that both Ben and Karen were at the end of the phone at any point if any problems occurred. Great team and great service, many thanks for all your help!!!
I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received from Ben and his team. From start to finish the frequency and quality of communication was superb. They work to whatever your budget is, no question is a stupid one and they stay on hand for the entire duration of your holiday. We got caught up in the Middle East disruption on the way back from Thailand and Ben was beyond amazing. Will 100% use them again and have already recommended to some work colleagues.
Personalised, fantastic service, available outside of the usual 9-5pm which is really useful for me! I always appreciate the effort and time put into finding the right hotels and accommodation at the quoting stage to make sure you get the best possible location and hotel for your budget. We’ve used Ben and his team several times and the organisation of multi-resort stays and transfers is always timely and seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Booking our next trip already…
Ben and Karen organised the most wonderful honeymoon for us this January, coordinating a sightseeing tour around northern India as well as a week in the Maldives. We felt so looked after the entire time and could not fault the care we received from the team.
