The Manager

The Manager, Svetlana, and her assistant were outstanding and couldn’t do enough to help me to choose a beautiful velvet suit in the right colour and size and also a beautiful knit dress. Everyone that came into the store while I was there was greeted enthusiastically and helped in the same way that I was.They knew their stock and took the time to get to know their customers, and the transaction was pleasant and positive! Customer service excellent

Customer service in Hobart store is always excellent. Struggle with shirt sizes. Sleeves are too baggy on regular but chest too tight on slim fit.
