If you are in QLD think twice

If you are in Queensland and need to return an item you will have to pay for the postage to return the item. The only store in Queensland is at the domestic airport

Excellent products and service

I viewed a smart men's coat on the Oxford Store website and preferred to try it on prior to purchasing. I visited the retail store in Southland Shopping center and received excellent service from the sales consultant. I tried on a few different styles in varies colours and nothing was too much trouble for them. I also received great advise as to which coat looked best on me and went with that advise.I am extremely happy with the coat quality and the fabric is tops and will definitely be purchasing form The Oxford Shop againKeep up the great products and customer service
