Farah is the most amazing sales agent I’ve ever encountered in 45 yyears of retail clothing shopping, not only is nothing beyond her ability to meet needs, she clearly gains motivation from maximising the adventures of any customer walking in the door of the metro centre store. To top it all off Farah never forgets her customer, her attentiveness extends well beyond the sale experience, her recall and familiarity with her customers extends across multiple visits and ensures returning customers.
