I just watched the video. It all sounded brilliant and I thought I would go for the 6 bottles. Then I saw the spelling mistakes. Also at the back of my mind was the recommendation from Reese Witherspoon who apparently lost ten stone. This made no sense after never seeing her overweight. So I looked at all the reviews and realise I almost wasted £234. Please don't get sucked in. Read the reviews. I am on a pension and if I had proceeded it would have been a catastrophe. So keep the perfumes and M and S gift card.

I purchase 3 bottles of pills but after seeing reviews I decided I did not want them. I contacted them but they did not respond. After about 4 emails and about 10 weeks later I had a reply offering me a 15% refund. It was a pathetic £21. I paid a lot more than that. They said I could return them but they take 15% of the money owed to me as a restocking fee and I had to pay the postage to return them. I believe that is to Holland. I would not feel safe doing that as I would probably never see the refund and they would have had the tablets back. The advert states that a full refund is given within 60 days of purchase. LIES!!!!! My advice to anyone thinking of buying them is to stay clear. THIS IS A SCAM.
This company is a fake. Look closely at the wording on the video, many words were spelt incorrectly, if you try to pay by credit card, the cards get declined because they want you to pay us in a method where it is difficult to get your money back . A credit card will give you that reassurance, so if you want to try them only pay by a credit card, if they will let you . You have been warned!
I was impressed by the video I watched on Face Book and thought why not give it a try but wanted to know more so I sent them a email but that did not work the phone number does not work and when you click on their UK site which they claim UK regulated but you get directed to a Dutch website so actually Ozemfit does not actually exist as made in the UK and it then that site directs you to a US site how can you trust a site like this and the people who put it on social media This product is a total scam and the people in the video should be arrested for scamming innocent people
I have tried to contact this company to get a refund under their 60 day refund guarantee. The telephone number on their website rings out as unobtainable and my email has been returned as undeliverable. I have not lost any weight using this product and would like my money back.
This product sold by CARTPANDA INC claims to help weight loss and showed many satisfied clients with before and after photos.I would not normally look at such products but they offer a money back guarantee, so I thought I should give it a try as I had gained a few pounds recently.The product was quite expensive but if you buy 3 bottles it was better - £147.00 so bearing in mind the money back guarantee, I thought I would give it a try.After 30 days there was zero effect, so I contacted the company asking about a refund, but was told that I should continue for a further month as the guarantee allowed 60 days.After 60 days there was still no benefit at all, so I again asked for the guarantee to be honoured. I was told that only unopened bottles could be refunded and that I would have to pay for the return of all three bottles - although I would only get a refund for the unopened bottle - less 15% restocking fee. That would have meant receiving £41.65 less the cost of returning the product to USA - recorded delivery would have been nearly £20!. When I complained, I was offered a 50% refund on the whole order with no return which was more that the refund I was being offered, so I reluctantly agreed. As expected, after the full 90 days there was absolutely no benefit. I did get £73.50 back but I still feel that £73.50 was a lot for worthless products, so please don't waste your money.
