The item I ordered was of little value and the initial contact gave no indication of the cost of freight. I then received notice of the freight cost and nearly had a heart attack. I contacted Oz and requested cancellation of the order.To their credit this was quickly agreed to and promised a refund of the purchase price. This has been received today.
The ordering process online was easy and fast delivery. There is one small thing, it would be great if the tax invoice could be sent out together with the parcel or via email after the parcel had been delivered. Very happy with your service and the products. Thank you.
