The upsell at checkout is confusing and automatically adds on items. Paypal did not send an order review so didn't realise until after the order was completed and invoice sent. Contacted them immediately but ws told the order could not be stoped as it comes directly from (my guess china)Offered a 50% refund on additional item. (Still not received)THEN an additional payment of £29.99 has been taken from PayPal for a subscription I have not been aware of (added on the upsell)The product is poor. Cheap looking and unsubstantial for the price. I had previously bought another product for a quarter of the price which is better made.No idea if this works as not had chance to use it.I fear the 90 day money back guarantee is nothing but window dressing, as i was told that I couldn't return the item i didn't want for a refund.I would not recommend the product or the company. Misdirection and deception is not a cool method of selling in my book. UPDATEThe company has been in touch and I have received a full refund.....the customer service was excellent, with a full apology and commitment to looking into the checkout process. I was asked to consider changing my review to a four star rating.However, and independent review from a real consumer in my mind is not open to persuasion. If there was a 2 tier star rating then i would give the customer service 4. There is no getting away from the fact that this particular product is poorly packaged and cheap looking. It looks like a £4.99 item from a bargain store. You certainly would not want to gift it to someone (I can't speak for any other of there products)Does it work though.....well I've used it a few times and can't really say that there has been a definite reduction in mosquitoes. The charge lasts a few hours. Therefore given that the review is based on the product, I am leaving my rating at a 1 star.
I bought an ozzi cool (1) from their website for $60 CDN. But the to me I finished with PayPal, the bill was $100 CDN. Ok.But then I was charged for 3 more units for $194....in a separate billing to my PayPal acct. They claim it has already been shipped...today...but I notified them 4 days ago. And now they state changes to an order cannot be made once it is shipped. But I didn't order it....How do people like this sleep at night? Do they always have one eye open, looking for someone to pounce on them? It's really disappointing to think that this is what we have to take as the standard now.Don't give these guys the time of day. They take advantage of others who wish to buy quality goods.
Hearing aid from Ozzimozzie.Recently, I purchased a hearing aid from Ozzimozzie. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about the ad I had seen on the internet, as a previous hearing aid I bought was just a waste of money, not to mention the seller. My hearing is ok, but the clarity of words which I am hearing is muffled. I need to asked them to repeat several times.befor I get things correct. The hearing aid I purchased from Ozzimozzie solved the problem I had. It prodeus very clear sound as I use to hear. The control and set up is easy. on full charge it work continuasly for about 10 hours.The custemer care is good and the delivery was on time. I recamend this hearing aid to any one who need one.
My wife ordered some toe nail cream and three separate charges were taken from our account. I tried to cancel but was told it had already been shipped so I put it down to experience. However another charge to them showed on the account so I sent several e mails which were ignored and then looked up the comments on this site. I then contacted our bank fraud department explained it all and they cancelled the payment and also my wife's card as OzziMozzi had skimmed it. This is a common practice of theirs having read the internet comments. All I can say is avoid at all costs! Our bank will refund this second payment thankfully.
Absolutely totally deceptive web site ordering process. I ordered one item advertised to cost $24. 10 minutes later, 5 charges, totaling $285 appeared on my Master Card statement. Charges have already been disputed and Master Card will not pay this company. Beware! Do not order!
Scam. The product was shipped straight from China. We have a severe mozzie problem in our house with up to 30 mozzies in a room at once, and this zapper has killed one mozzie in four days. Their returns policy says you can't get a refund for opened products, but it's impossible to know that the product is faulty (which it is!!) without opening. That sort of policy is either totally unethical or illegal. Do not buy from Ozzi Mozzie!!
DO NOT PURCHASEDO NOT PURCHASE! These things absolutely do not work. I purchased two units in the hope to rid my home of mosquitoes. Despite what’s advertised, not a single mosquito was killed - not one! I continued to move the zapper closer to me and could still hear mosquitoes buzzing around me - was bitten plenty of times, even with the unit about 30 cms from my body. Absolutely shocking scam. Save your money.
Product performs nowhere near as described, cheap and nasty and money back guarantee isn't being honoured, even for unopened, original condition products. Emails replied with redirected email accounts and failure to address the terrible, terrible mossies zappers they are flogging. Scam stay away.
