SCAM!!! I ordered 3 mozzie zappers, got charged twice for another 3. Then charged for VIP monthly membership. I have contacted to recieve a refund of the membership, asking where I can return the extra 3 I didn't want to get my refund. I get the run around and no clear answers. BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ads claim to be a aussie product but it's all overseas communication and currency.
Absolute rubbish, the units are poor quality, do not work as advertised and the 2 they sent me were defective! Tried to claim on their 90 day refund no questions asked policy and was given the run around and offered 30% as I had used them. Dont recommend at all.
We purchased Ozzi Mozzie anti Mosquito lamps online about a year ago and would thoroughly recommend them, they actually do work,we live in the Far North of New Zealand and the mosquito season is upon us now, we have on going in each of our bedrooms and the walk in wardrobe, moths and Mozzies gone also a very good company to deal with very prompt in replying back to any queries you may have, would certainly buy again.
Do you use this company. I bought the product from an Ad on facebook. It was advertised as an Australian Company. My receipt had an Australian address and ABN. Then they charged me in USD so the cost was much higher. The product is a cheaply made plastic product which arrived damaged. I have been trying to get my money back for ages, without success. I have also put in a complaint to the Dept of Fair Trading. Please do not buy from this company its a scam.
Scam artists 100%. Advertising for the Ozzi Cool says its designed and made in australia, that it cools a room in a heatwave, and that its $70. I got charged in USD, and the shit things are useless. Do not order anything from this company. Strangely, their ads have disappeared.
Was triple charged before checkout and then after for goods I did not want. Zero response from their email support however they kept marketing to my email address from.the same email I asked for a response. Complained to Paypal to no actionable response. Never recieved products.Took over nine weeks of escalating and then I was refunded.They still trade under various names.
Purchased the heaters last year. Interesting they don't advertise this anymore. It's now being marketed by Blumeheat and the reviews are the same, appalling and using that same rubbish claims. The Product is a scam and is non Complient in Australia.I was getting ongoing payments directly debited from my card without permission. I had to cancel the card to stop this from occurring. All contact with the company fell on deaf ears.APPAULING COMPANY WITH NO MORALS AT ALL - DOES IT SURPRISE ANYONE THATS ITS AN AMERICAN COMPANY.I REST MY CASE.
Blatant Scam - Avoid OzziMozzieIn July 2024, I ordered ONE heater from OzziMozzie for $102.98. [Order Number 299208], placed on 6 July 2024. Within minutes, they unauthorisedly charged my card twice:* $146.21 at 1:43 PM* $164.45 at 1:45 PMTotal: $310.66 - nearly triple what I agreed to pay.I contacted them immediately. They admitted I “unintentionally added” extra items (I didn’t) and offered a pathetic 30% refund if I kept them. They also expected me to pay for return shipping. Classic bait-and-switch scam.Their checkout system is deceptive, their support is gaslighting, and their refund policy is a joke. A quick search shows I’m not the only victim.OzziMozzie is a predatory, dishonest company. Avoid them like the plague.
