I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed two orders through a social media platform; one never arrived, and the other came damaged with only two items. Avoid This Company for Customer Service

Please don't purchase from this company if you expect help when things go wrong. I ordered several items, including a bundle, but received the wrong item. After contacting them, I was told to return it and they would send the correct one, but they haven't despite multiple follow-ups. The customer service response time is frustrating, and I feel like a burden to them.

When issues arose with advertised promotions, I expected some accountability but received only generic responses. Disorganized Experience at the Academy

I attended an event at the academy and was disappointed by the disorganization. We booked a Christmas experience, and while the venue looked nice, we couldn't decorate cookies due to long lines. My elderly mother was told she couldn't sit down, which was very upsetting. The restrooms were filthy, but one staff member was pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was overrated with poor customer service.

It's disappointing how poor the customer service is. I placed an order on the official website over a month ago, and it took weeks to arrive. Severely Disappointed with My Order

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a complete collection as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, but upon delivery, it was clear the package had been returned by someone else, and one item was missing. I emailed the company multiple times without any response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and all I want is for the missing item to be replaced.
