I came across an ad that said to fill out a survey and you can purchase a Ford mustang e-bike for a discounted price, well I did that. When I finished the transaction it took me to packloom and said I was subscribed to this company service. When I went to the website and did some investigating I was subscribed to a monthly price of $68 which I did downgrade because all there is on the website is some bags and books. When I contacted customer service it took some time to get a reply but they did and were kind, but didn't answer me about the e-bikes although the chat on the website said that the e-bikes had already shipped but I paid for 24 hr delivery and didn't get the bikes. There answer to it was to compensate me the money that I spent on the bikes which is the right thing to do but the deceptive practice of the whole thing promised one thing and did not deliver as well as the $68 monthly subscription I do not recommend anyone to work with this company or any company that is deceptive in their advertising.
