The customer service is very professional, polite and expedient. I no longer had need of their services and Jeremy helped me get a refund and get my personal account information removed from their website within an hour of submitting the request.

I was paying for something else and then this company and another deducted money and a third company credited me when I looked at my emails I was subscribed to all off them without any consent. I had to block my credit card.

Last week I placed an order with Packloom. I thought I was dealing with Temu. When I realized my mistake I contacted Packloom and within 24 hours they were in touch with me. After explaining my mistake Packlooms customer service promised me that they would reverse the charges and correct the situation. I am very greatful to Packloom for their quick response to my situation.
