I love the idea. I love the crop top style. The wording. The various options. I’m a book girlie. Did find it way over priced. They aren’t even soft sweaters. More rough. Don’t think I’ll buy anymore. Again, pricing and it’s not a cozy book sweater. Love the cool message on the sweaters though
I love the shirt that I bought for my librarian friend so much, that I have also bought one for myself in a different color. I am looking forward to it arriving so we can wear our shirts together. 😉
I ordered a throw pillow featuring a knight on a cat, as seen in advertisements. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing; the pattern looked woven or embroidered in the images but what I received was a cheap print, similar to something you might find for a low price elsewhere. Additionally, my cushion lacked a side part as shown in the pictures, leaving it flat.

I made a significant purchase for Christmas gifts and checked the return policy beforehand. Nowhere did it mention I'd have to pay for shipping to return items to another country. Most items are too large for the gifts I intended, and their slow response to my request was frustrating. They offered a mere 15 percent refund instead of addressing my shipping concerns. I feel this is misleading, and I wouldn't have made the purchase had I known. The shipping label showed a domestic address, which adds to my frustration. I firmly believe this is a scam!
I placed an order on November 23 and it shipped on December 6. Despite tracking indicating it passed through a local hub on December 12, I still haven't received it. I've contacted customer service multiple times, only to be told to 'wait longer.' I wouldn't recommend ordering unless you're okay with possibly never receiving your item. I also didn't receive any email updates, which adds to my disappointment. I will be informing my bank about this issue.
