Great designs at a good price. Shipping was fast and I actually received my shirt much faster than I was expecting. It looks great and is well made. Customer service was also very helpful and friendly when I had a question. Everything you want in an online retailer.
Order was marked as delivered but the package was nowhere to be found. Each attempt to get further information out of the seller and resolve the issue was met with unhelpful copy and paste responses. They refused to either refund or resend. The customer service department seems to have one job, and that is to be annoying enough that you just give up.
Was so hopeful and it was just not what I expected. Based on the website and cute options I assumed it was a smaller company. I ordered three classic T-shirts and while the print is cute the t-shirts are awful. The classic t-shirt is a square with arm holes and the fabric is an ULTRA thick cotton. Not comfortable at all. They are like wearing men’s work shirts. It also took just over two weeks to get the shirts. They shipped from China. I specifically avoided getting shirts from Amazon but feel like I would have been better off.
