The lunch bag we ordered was dreadful. The image isn’t even sewn on the bag, it needs attaching with Velcro.
It’s one of the worst things I have ordered online and I had to pay the postage to return it, despite it being wrongly advertised. The bag would not last a week in the classroom!
I bought a phone case and a funsocket from them last week.
I love the design I made! I did mess up and had a centred design when I have a funsocket.... so I am going to order another :)
My case broke after just 2 months. Guarantee only lasts for 30 days. The glue came unstuck and it looked like a very small smear to hold a heavy phone. Really upset as it cost $60 to get it to me - cute pattern but the quality of this product is really poor- don’t buy one!
I really appreciate the design and variety of phone cases available, but I am quite unhappy with the customer service. I ordered a phone case two weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping, which was supposed to take 2-5 business days. It was meant to be a gift for my granddaughter's graduation, but now all her ceremonies have passed, and I feel terrible she didn't receive anything. I tried contacting them about this issue, but they read my message and did not reply. I had a disappointing experience with the service, but I hope this isn't the case for others.
