Incredibly unethical organisation.

Incredibly unethical organisation.- 1x pillow was ordered 2:18pm on 25 May 2024. Purchase confirmation screen contains a link to double your order with one click, whilst looking like a “confirm your purchase” for your existing item - incredibly unethical practice as the average user would assume they’re confirming their purchase, not doubling it. If I wanted two pillows, I would have added two pillows to my cart?- Subsequent upsell notification came through at 4:10pm 25 May 2024. Had no idea I’d accidentally ordered a second pillow, my assumption was that I’d purchased just one.- Cancellation email to their support team sent 4:21pm 25 May 2024, requesting cancellation of the second pillow- Confirmation of dispatch came through 4:31pm 27 May 2024 (x2) - more than 48 hours after cancellation request- Email from support received at 5:34pm 27 May 2024 advising cancellation received after dispatch, and advising only recourse was to return the pillow at own out-of-pocket cost. Most of this company’s products are targeted towards the elderly, which is the most frustrating part. How many older people are unexpectedly fleeced by this dubious post-sale upsell activity, then left out of pocket due to their inefficient back end processes and lack of ownership over their customer’s experience?

Falsely advertised thermo compression…

Falsely advertised thermo compression gloves for arthritis. What arrived were cheap $2 shop cotton gloves. Do not buy from this retailer.

30 day warranty says it all, don't buy from them

Biggest problem is, they only offer a 30 day warranty which I didn't realise before purchasing and they sell cheap rubbish that will be lucky to last you one month. After the 30 days , they offer no help. They sell an EMS Foot massager , that is basically a computer mouse mat with a cheap plastic disc that attaches to the mat with 2 press studs. It's rubbish . I've had 2 , first one lasted 3 days ( they replaced it for free ), 2nd one lasted 3 months. $49.49 piece of rubbish . I now know why they only offer a 30 day warranty. Please don't support this business. Shameful

Poor product and customer service.

Poor product and customer service.Bought the Foot Massager Mat as a gift for Christmas. 3 months later it stopped working and one side looks burnt out.Contacted Pain Relief Australia about replacing or refunding their faulty product and was informed that, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with replacement or refunds related to purchases made beyond 30 days as we are outside our standard support and resolution window.Went back to them stating that I was not happy with this response as product is clearly faulty and they responded that their policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers. We understand that certain situations may arise, and we genuinely sympathise with any challenges you may be facing. However, to maintain a fair and equitable policy for all customers, we are unable to make exceptions beyond the specified timeframe.Asked to be referred to Manager and was just brushed off. Do not buy!

Ordered neck and back massager and…

Ordered neck and back massager and definitely not worth the pricetag. Its a flimsy foreign plastic apparatus that feels and operates like a toy. Can only be operated whilst plugged in unlike similar brands and the cord is way too short as well as gets in the way. Functions are barely existant. I recommend staying away from these people. Its an insult to Australia calling themselves "painfree Australia". Just some very cheap foreign rubbish.

I was misled by unrealistic pictures.

Please be aware that the pictures of products on the website may not truly represent the product they are selling. I purchased a back support brace that the picture showed covering 3/4 of the back, yet the item they sent barely covers 1/4 of the back.ALSO I do not believe they are an Australian company, but a foreign company masquerading as Australian by the fact all emails from them arrive at close to midnight.
