Review Time
Avoid this company. I am still waiting to receive an order from Dec 5th, 2024. They have been sending bogus tracking numbers and lying to me about where my package is. Since requesting a FULL refund they have gone radio silent. This feels like a side hustle by a bunch of 10 year olds who have no idea on customer service and professionism. They are either extremely incompentent or fraudulent.
Ordered two pictures, 11th December, one turned up in time for Christmas the other is, well I don’t know. Emailed time and time again and noticed the .com is actually .com.au!! Australia?? No word from them for over a week now, no product, no one answering emails. Taken my money and not sent the picture.
Very disappointed with my purchase, really dislike the effect, £55 for basically a print of my photograph with painted edge effect. Customer service very poor, I had paid extra for a proof copy, advised that I was unhappy with the effect to be advised that I would have to pay £24 for the already supplied email print. That I don't like. And if I wanted to supply a new picture, that would be an additional cost to create a new print. What's the point of the proof then? Feel like I could have created a better option myself using a digital print company like snapfish. Would not recommend.
