I ordered two cans of spray paint to fix a surface scratch. I can’t speak to whether its a good product because the nozzles were snapped off upon arrival, but I can speak to their terrible customer service. I attempted to process a return on their website and instead of addressing the problem I described, they responded with a delivery notification email confirming I received the broken cans. I tried to respond to that email to clarify that wasn’t what I needed, and was told to go back to their website to fill out the same form about the problem I was having. So I tried again, and nobody ever responded. Ive tried four times to get someone to talk to me, and they wont. They DID send two new nozzles in the mail after a few weeks, which wasn’t helpful since the original ones were snapped off. Basically, their products are expensive and if you want to return anything they completely ice you out.
