The staff at the Albany store need training on how to handle food. They shake milk bottles for the fun of it. Milk, when shaken, gets spoiled faster. They throw fruits onto the shelves. A damaged fruit gets spoiled overnight. Someone needs to inform them about these basic facts regarding food.
Pak N Save Royal Oak misrepresented an advertised special instore, when i asked about it they gave me some BS excuse and the narrative was turned on me and how i am a builder and i made mistakes and caused the Leaky building crisis in NZ. in all fairness i was given the products for free, but this should have been done straight away without question. Nothing that a supermarket in nz is a mistake, everything is intentional. They are highly efficient money making machines sucking the life out of everyday kiwis.
i had a good experience in pakn save Mangere today where staff offered to store my hand trolley full of groceries away for safe keeping while i went back to get a milk i had forgotten to buy, very pleased with the help around & overall cleanliness of the supermarket, top marks.

I noticed that a 750 gr value packet with roasted unsalted Almonds I bought two months ago at Lincoln Paknsave is now reduced to 500gr and cost the same as the 750 gr before so an increase of 33% People think while grabbing the parcel from the shelves that they buy the same as before, the packet looks the same !This is very deceiving ,Also the specialty bread The farmhuose cobb has less seeds ( like pumkin seeds etc) in it ! So you think you get the same bresd as before but no they diminish their costs and deceive customers, it are the little things customers need to get aware of those things !The bread I noticed on the 23 of July but the almond I noticed in June
