Paknsave papanui is the worst.if your looking for savings this place isn't the place to go.had my last visit today.$5 week what a joke.hardly anything on special.you would think fruit and veggies would have been on special but no.cost more for a normal shop than any other week.profit before people.never going back.
Recently I have had no issues as most staff are friendly helpfully but while I was doing my groceries at paknsave.invercargill I encountered a very rude checkout operator named WENDY I found her attitude rude@disgusting therefore made a complaint in writing nothing was done concerning this but I know other staff who have informed me I am not the first person to complain bout this person I was made out to be responsible for this as management sided with the staff member as per usual customers don't matter here only our dollars bad experience all round no followup there are enough unemployed people who would be gratefull to have a job wouldn't disrespect the customers I have worked in this industry personal there'smany more business that lack this .

They take out of the Sortiment cheap brands like Value or San Remo and I'm forced to buy the expensive products. For example the San Remo brand Spaghetti 350 g glutenfree for 2 Dollar. Now it's no longer available and I'm forced to buy the expensive brand (diamond) for 4 Dollar and there is only 250 g in the packet. I'm on a glutenfree diet and I'm dependent on the products they are selling.
