I really like the summer sausage beef sticks, the original is also very good. I think on my next order I will try some of the kinds. The customer service is very good at getting back with you and handling any questions or issues. I just ordered one of the super greens to try.
I’ve been using the chocolate bone broth for almost one month. My joints are feeling better already! My gut has felt much better too, which was unexpected! I placed a 2nd order & unfortunately had a typo in my email. Customer service was great at responding & fixed it for me. My order was delivered quickly!
I have purchased two products which I love, Golden Milk and both the chocolate and vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder. I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved and Linda Z from Customer Service was fantastic. So far, my experiences with Paleovalley have been nothing short of excellent.
Very good products — I subscribe to the meat sticks and the beef bone broth collagen powder. I’ve had only 2 issues them, and one wasn’t their fault — a shipment went out from them, but it never arrived at my place. I contacted them about it, and they simply resent the order. Another was a strange clerical error in which I was overcharged for one of my subs one month. I let them know, and they corrected it right away. Great company!
I returned 3 out of 4 bags of the Organic Superfood Golden Milk since the one bag I opened and tried, I didn’t like the flavor. I simply could not drink 4 whole bags of it! I received a label to return the 3 unopened bags and after packing up the product, attaching the provided return label you sent me, and taking to the post office, I still have NOT received a refund in my bank account. I have called Paleovalley and I’m waiting for a return phone call. I sure hope to get this resolved, but after more than a month, it’s still not resolved. I’m very disappointed.
Happy to see that a company wants to help others be healthier. Have ordered many items and happy with almost all of them. Love the newsletter with health insights. I did email to request a return on the Pumpkin Spice Superfood bars and received a reply within minutes along with a refund. Not sure who all the bad review trolls are but nothing could be further from the truth. Outstanding customer service and I am a happy customer! Will definitely be ordering again soon from Paleo Valley.

I learned about this company from my favorite renowned holistic health expert, Paul Chek. This company puts the work in to make some of the best quality products on the market. I love having wholesome food to pack in my kids lunches. I haven't quite tried everything but so far the bars, the meat sticks, the bone broth protein, and the organ complex have all been phenomenal tasting and made a difference in my overall health.Their customer service has also been amazing. I'm reminded of my upcoming orders in case I need/want to skip, and their response time is very quick. One time my order was accidentally doubled and they were quick to notify me before any charges were made. Majority of my income is spent on food and this company is worth every penny.
