Review Time
So far I have only tried the beef sticks from this company and they are amazing. The beef and Jalapeño are my favorite so far but am still in the process of trying them all. I did have a slight issue recently but the customer service team was quick to respond and correct. I will definitely be trying some of their other products in the future since I am looking to improve my health and what I am putting into my body.
Although all of the beef & pork sticks were awesome, my problem was with ordering. Every ad @ the time I ordered said “ stock up” with this great deal of 30 sticks for $36! It still is running! Yet when I repeatedly ordered @ this great price my orders were cancelled & refunded & I was told it was a first time buyer one time deal. It is not & never has been stated as such. So this is False advertising!! And it should be stopped. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN because of this. If you can tell the plain truth in your ads, what else will you lie about? It’s not hard to just state first time buyers only & done.
I bought some Golden Milk for my wife and I. It arrived quickly and I prepared us both a cup. We both decided it wasn't for us so I initiated a return. Smooth sailing all the way, no questions, no attempts to change our minds. Just honest, keep your word, do the right thing and issue the refund. Great company.
After we received our first shipment we promptly ordered again! We really like all of the different meats and flavors. Every time we leave the house we take a few meat sticks with us just in case we need something to eat before returning home. So much better and healthier than grabbing a snack at a fast food restaurant. The only negative thing is we can't find on the package the best use by date. That would be helpful.
I ordered paleovalley beef sticks, which I love cause they are the best. Its the best snack ever. Wanted to share my story: ordered beef sticks, while I was tracking, it said delivered, while in reaity I did not get. It. I contacted the company, and 5 days later I got my order. Thank you for helping me out. The shipment did not reach me the first time, but you corrected the issue. Now I have the meat sticks, and they are AMAZING!! Thank you so much!
Have been an auto ship customer for some time, decided to add a new product to my monthly order. Didn't care for the taste and requested to return for refund. Was immediately credited cost of product and told to keep and share it w/someone else. Response to my request was prompt and much appreciated. Have really enjoyed other products I've been buying, it was just the flavor of this one.
Have never had anything but a 5 star experience with Paleovalley. Products and service. My two faves: 1) Bone Broth Protein, and 2) Beefsticks. I shop hard online before I choose products (from anyone). After deep research, Paleovalley is by far the best. I have total confidence in all their products. Have made over a dozen orders over the past 4 or 5 years.
