I have been a customer since 2024. These are the best beef jerky. I think I have ever eaten. They don’t leave greasy taste in your mouth. I love them. My husband really loves them, and I will continue to buy from them when I can. Waiting on a order right now.😃
My daughter often refuses all food except your meat sticks. A complete life-saver to always have them in my go bag, wherever the rest of us are eating! Thank you! Many fewer gremlin moments.And thanks for the very responsive customer service too. Natural foods are always a challenge to produce reliably, and while I personally can be flexible about precise textures, your team was very kind to honor my 7-year-old's more discerning palette with a refund when a batch arrived that was a little more dry than normal.
What a great bunch of products. I don't like them all, but all those I do will be in our pantry. EXCELLENT customer service, love the immediate responses to questions and changes. Tried the paleosticks last summer, they are a perfect grab and go or stash for later item. I'm Very happy to be part of the support for this business!!
Their product is delicious and they ship very quickly. I have enjoyed many of the flavors and have only been disappointed with one. I contacted them and was immediately issued a refund. I think their customer service is excellent and so is the product!
I have been a customer since summer of 2024 & have always had prompt order processing/delivery on my ordered products. I had one issue last month with 1 bottle missing from a 6 bottle shipment, but as soon as I contacted customer support I had the last bottle on it's way with their apologies. As a business owner myself, things sometimes happen, and it is the way you respond & make it right that counts.Love the quality of their products. They get 5 Stars from me!
Really love their unflavored bone broth protein!! I put it in smoothies everyday. The chocolate is a little too sweet for me. The lemon lime electrolytes are the same way- just too sweet with that fake sweet after taste. I will continue to get the unflavored bone broth though!
I had one stick of sixty ordered that had some mold on it. I reached out and they promptly offered to replaced it or provide a refund. I opted for a replacement because we have really enjoyed all varieties of the beef sticks. Marija was courtesy and helpful. Thank you for your great customer service!!!
