Drinking a hot cup of Paleo Valley organic coffee is one of my new favorite morning rituals. Its wonderful mellow taste (low acidic), flavored with mushrooms, loaded with polyphenols and most importantly without mycotoxins combine to brew a healthy, delicious cup of coffee.Paleo Valley's customer service is outstanding not only for information but very attentive encouraging support. I'm looking forward to trying more healthy products from this company.
Shipping was quick and my order was accurate. I initially ordered the 30 pack for $36 in different flavors. I absolutely loved the maple bacon pork flavor and ordered more shortly afterwards. After receiving the second order, the flavor is definitely different, tastes nothing like the first order and they are slightly sour tasting. Also the packaging is extremely difficult to open. I am very disappointed and will not order again.
I love beef and venison sticks for travel and bone broth protein powders and have been a customer for years. Recently ordered the chicken sticks and the wrapping wasn’t consistent in the pack, so I was concerned about eating them. They were very responsive and gave me a prompt refund.
Paleo Valley makes fantastic, high-quality products which I purchase regularly. I love the meat sticks although I can only have two flavors as I am intolerant of alliums. The bone-broth protein powder is another favorite as well as the greens powder which does not contain grasses which other powders on the market do. I recently had an issue with my order and customer service went above and beyond to fix the issue quickly. Thank you, Paleo Valley!
The meat sticks truly are fantastic. In fact, the glowing claims made in the adds about taste and quality are absolutely true! So glad I tried their introductory offer. I will definitely be considering some of their other products. And I’m really grateful I accepted the 30% discounted subscription deal when it was offered!
Paleo Valley products are amazing. I recently chatted in about a delayed shipment and asking if I should upgrade shipping on future subscription orders. Biljana sent me a replacement order because "we would never expect our customers to wait that long for their order." World class customer service!
Our family only eats clean nutritious food, and paleo valley meat sticks help us stay on track with that. My wife, daughter, and I all love them. Recently had an issue with the wrappers not peeling open correctly, but still five star product because of the quality and great responsiveness when reaching out to customer support. With a product that good, I don’t mind having to cut the wrapper that’s the least of my worries. As long as there’s no garbage ingredients, it’s all good!
I ordered chocolate and I have done this before. For some reason, even though I selected chocolate, it sent me unflavored. I asked them to correct the mistake. They said it wasn’t their fault because the computer said everything was fine. Computers are not perfect. I knew the flavor I wanted the whole time I ordered the product. It’s not my fault that I selected chocolate and your freaking computer sent me unflavored. And the fact that you won’t do anything says a lot about your company and whether I wanna continue supporting it.
I have been buying Paleovalley Beef Sticks for some time now. They are so good, I have sworn off others. I recently ran into the first problem ever, not with the product but, with the delivery company. Paleovalley jumped right in and offered to send me a replacement order even though I was only missing two sticks due to the damage. Yep, they are a good company with a good product! Thank you!
