We are definitely in love with the meat stick, we really love the venison sticks, I have recently ordered the chicken and pork can’t wait to try them, all the beef sticks are really good! Love the fermenting of the meat and not the greasy after taste! Keep them coming! There are other products planning to purchase, just need to sit down and figure them out. I've been a health and fitness "nut" for 20+ years and continue to research the healthiest options of everything I put into my body. After an intro to Paleovalley, I started with one product and upon further research, have moved to several monthly subscriptions of multiple products offered from PV. (Electrolytes, protein powders & bars, olive oil, fish roe, Vita C) I think they are the best quality and healthiest products in their categories! I've become a big fan!
Paleo Valley is great! I love their products - especially the Bone Broth Collagen Protien Powder. We love to put it in our coffee in the mornings.You can make changes to your subscription, which is great! They also respond and take care of any issues. I’m a big fan!
I ordered some meat sticks which I love and then saw an email I hadn't read about the beef tallow. I decided to order some. Those two orders were placed within 20 minutes of each other, and I realized if they were put together it would save me shipping. So I called the company and Jackie O... who was very sweet and courteous.... said that she would reach out since the orders were just placed to see if that could happen. They were able to place both orders together and save me that money! I love everything about this company!
I’ve been ordering beef, venison and chicken sticks for years. Always delicious, always worth a try on a new flavor. My most recent order had an issue with the wrappers not peeling open correctly. I shot an email over just to give them a heads up that something isn’t right with them. The lovely Savannah in customer service asked for the info on the beef stick wrapper and issued an UNNECESSARY discount on my order. I just wanted to let them know so future orders don’t get a bad review. This company, their staff and their products are top notch! Above and beyond all expectations. Keep up the great work and I hope you figure out the odd issue with the wrapping machine.
I love many of the products I’ve tried and have initiated many subscriptions. All my interactions with company representatives have garnered my utmost satisfaction. I use a shaker cup for mixing powders and it works very well. I highly recommend Paleovalley!
I have had a monthly subscription for meat sticks for approximately 6 months and I am happy with the flavor and quality of the meat itself however I have had consistent issues with the packaging. Many times the sticks are sealed where they are supposed to pull apart to open, requiring scissors and extra time. The other issue I have is the sticks often different sizes with many of them being 1-2 inches in length shorter. This at times means I am not receiving the Same amount I received the previous order. There is a good variety of flavors and meats offered but I personally wish PaleoValley would add other animal sources such as Bison, Elk, or Turkey. The prices are definitely higher compared to similar companies but the selection and quality has kept me coming back. Update based on the response to the size issue: I have pictures and emails with your customer service, would you like me to post these for everyone to see?
Love Paleo Valley's Protein Powders (especially the Salted Caramel -Yum!). Love the jerky sticks too. I buy a bunch and store them in my refrigerator drawer with a couple of emergency ones always in my purse and car! Their customer service has been quick, responsive, and caring when I've reached out!
