Great experience with them for the first time using their service, even have been a small problem as I misread the mails from them. But one day before the collection I just phone them up just to confirm the pallets have been booked in, surprisingly they wasn’t due to my side failure to provide the info they needed, but talking to Rafael it made it everything so simple and helpful, so he booked the pallet for the next day. A great experience from beginning to finish as the pallets been delivered safely.
We very rarely send oversea parcels. We used Pallet2Ship for a NI consignment and Andreea was amazing, helping us each step of the process to complete forms. We were also kept up to date with the process of our consignment which meant we could keep our client updated. It was a lot faster than we expected too. Thank you very much!

Platform is also intuitive and much easier than all the other options I was muddling through before
