Dan E is a credit to the company, he dealt swiftly with my delivery when another company let me down. He kept me fully informed as to the progress of my shipment and helped me through the whole importation process. I highly recommend Dan E and Pallet2Ship.
Pallet 2 Ship was an easy company to deal with. Although their services were booked direct by a client of ours I found them extremely professional. Gabriela in particular was extremely helpful and kept me updated during the whole process.
I booked 4 pallets to go to the Netherlands on a Thursday for a collection Friday. Used Kuehne + Nagel service through them. Called multiple times to confirm the collection and was told each time the driver was on the way. Phoned Kuehne + Nagel directly to be told there is no collection from our address. Pallet2Ship only admitted the no one is coming once I told them of of my call with K&N. This was at 4:30pm on a Friday and told they cant collect now until Monday. Do not use if shipment is urgent!They claim in reply below its unguaranteed but I called multiple times on the day of booking and told each time they driver was on their way. I requested a refund for this shipment on the 17th November, its now 10th December and it still hasn't been processed. Its stated as up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed and it still hasn't been processed.I will never use this company again
A bit lack of communication to let me know there would be no pickup on the Thursday, I had a relative sit in my house ALL DAY for nothing. I then had to take a holiday off on the Friday and wait on the pickup. The driver was brilliant handled the pallet and on his way. I was also pleased to find out it still arrived on the Monday as scheduled
