I have complete trust in them—often, when receiving products from popular brands, they fall short of expectations. That has never been the case here. Additionally, their customer service is friendly, quick, and considerate. I genuinely feel appreciated rather than a bothersome customer.
I purchased a wool/cotton jumper and a merino vest, initially uncertain about the quality given the reasonable prices. My order arrived promptly, beautifully packaged with a lovely scarf included as a gift. Both pieces are stunning: the jumper is exceptional—thick, soft, and luxurious, costing about a quarter of what similar items from other brands would. I will certainly keep an eye on the service's bi-weekly releases of new styles.

I have deducted one star for a couple of reasons. This is my second order; my previous delivery cost £3.99, but this time it was £5.99. I prefer more affordable shipping options—some customers are fine with waiting. Also, the packaging was quite large for a single item, which feels designed for social media rather than practicality. While it's a nice touch, I believe sustainability should apply to packaging. I'd appreciate a choice at checkout for a more economical delivery option. Additionally, while I like the sweater I ordered, the photos weren't entirely helpful. I knew it was a boatneck, but it’s slightly square, and the model's hair covered the neckline in the pictures. I won’t return it as it turned out acceptable, but clearer photos of the clothing laid flat would help online shoppers. Nonetheless, I received a lovely sweater for significantly less than other brands, so I won’t complain too much. I have eczema but found I can wear cashmere when my flare-ups subside, which is a relief during the cold snap. I might not purchase again soon, but I’ll check back to see if sustainability improves.
I bought two items and they are absolutely stunning and well-made. The packaging was a delightful surprise, arriving in a lovely box and beautifully wrapped. My first order will certainly not be my last. Excellent job, very satisfied customer!
